SO Development – Technical Project Manager
Are you a tech-savvy problem-solver with a passion for project management?

We’re hiring a Technical Project Manager with a strong foundation in software engineering and programming. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Operations and Development teams to drive the successful delivery of technical projects, improve internal systems, and streamline workflows.

Key Requirements:

• Background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Solid understanding of programming concepts and ability to communicate effectively with developers
• Experience or strong interest in project management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Proficiency in English (B1 level or higher)

Responsibilities Include:

• Supporting the planning, tracking, and execution of projects
• Bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation
• Assisting in process automation and improving development workflows
• Identifying inefficiencies in project lifecycles and proposing technical solutions
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, operations)
• Assisting in documentation, reporting, and performance metrics
